- I should have known from the burned-out sign that the place lacked maintenance. It is filthy. The person checking me in was rude. She assigned me a room on the second floor and told me there was no elevator.
- Safe area & staff are extremely helpful.

- I asked for a refund because I am 71 years old and not capable of dragging a heavy suitcase up a long and rickety set of stairs. She refused t went to the room were I heard dogs barking, traffic, doors slamming, and other noises throughout the night. T
