- The location was close to venue and downtown Asheville
- Really good hot breakfast with a bit of variation from day to day. Lots of cold breakfast options too.
- Heated pool was very clean and relaxing. Staff was kind and friendly. The hotel is in a perfectly central location
Cons -
- The bed mattress had lumps and was broken down. Very uncomfortable. The hotel in general is a little run down. You could hear people above us walking around.
- Very slow on snow removal. Only ice melt, never aa broom or a shovel.
- No complaints

Beautiful property location was amazing adjacent to the highway! Cleanliness 10/10 housekeeping was awesome,the pool was very nice! Heated made the difference especially in this winter weather.
