- The cleanliness and staff were outstanding.
Cons -
- The worst experience- the night manager harassed, berated, bragged to staff about ?did you see how I belittled her physically and mentally? and told us to go home after he demanded we return to the lobby hours after checking in when we were asleep.
- Front desk personal laziness .doing you a favor attitude.not doing their job when asked.not friendly at all. stayed at this hotel 3 years in a row. Same smug attitude and laziness from the front desk personnel. Will not stay there again.
- Told that a shuttle to the airport would be available. But when I was ready, no one could take me.
