The room was supposed to be non-smoking but it reeked of smoke. There were also cigarette burns in the blanket. The window did not lock leaving the room unsafe. The environment was not welcoming and in fact it lead one to believe was unsafe.

So, the site shows that pets are allowed but when we arrived, we were told only service animals are allowed. Fortunately, they accommodated us.
