The water pressure wasn?t to good People talking and yelling all through the night
The floors were filthy. I spilled water, once I cleaned up the towel was black. I requested a non-smoking room but staff failed to provide my request. The shower floor needs to be redone. Staff failed to attend to the bathroom sink being clogged.
Rudeness at front desk,people parting all night and nothing was done about it,and they charge 3 different prices, messing people over

It was in a city where I needed lodging.

I had to pay a $25 cash deposit up front which had not been revealed when I booked it. I was told that I would be reimbursed the deposit when I turned in the key. But I got up early and the office was locked and nobody was there. So I had to forfeit it.
