Our room had an a urine smell. Only one towel set. Front desk asked us to come get another set. Price too high to have to do that ourselves. Only one person on staff that we could see.

The elevator was not working, we were not offered a refund to go elsewhere bc of this. The AC did not keep the room cold, it was musty in the room. The breakfast was terrible.

There was not one thing I liked about it worst experience at a hotel ever never have. I had to leave at 8 o?clock at night telling me that we were supposed to check out supposedly booked for only one night on it clearly showed I pay for seven.!
