Cons -
- Rooms are all pet friendly. Although the room was clean it smelled like dogs badly. When we turned on the air it was horrible. Would be nice if certain rooms were kept for people without pets. It is sad because other than that great hotel.
- We had a long wait to check in, the people in front of us had a problem. We weren't even acknowledged for at least 5 -10 minutes.
- Check in staff was awful. Charged my card 3 times for a room that was prepaid for.
