The staff is superior.At the cafe, are an asset. I remembered hotel employee from my previous stay. He is engaging, attentive, and shows passion for his job. Hotel employee was also very friendly. The front desk folks are wonderful as well.

They accused me of destroying the room which is completely false. Housekeeping manager was unbelievably rude and yelled at me on the phone! I am a Hilton honors member and stay at Hilton often and have never had an issue. Will never stay there again!
