Cons -
- Pay breakfast thought it was free that what it advertised. Had to pay 90 dollar and breakfast wasn't good
- The cable tv guide was not helpful. It only showed the network and not the actual program lineup. They charged me for breakfast when I thought I signed up for the breakfast included rate.
- We called the hotel to make sure the indoor pool was in service, they told us it was. But, they failed to tell us the heater was broken, so the water was ice cold, pool was not usable. The pool is why we chose this hotel over one with better rooms
