When we got to the hotel they told us they didn't have a room available for us even though we had prepaid for the room. We were then "walked" to the econolodge next door which was dirty and smelled bad. There was no discount offered for the mess up .

Clean room, friendly staff at front desk, EXCEPTIONALLY friendly person running the breakfast area. I wish I knew his name to give him full credit. He went as far as serving the guests at our tables!

When we got to the hotel they told us they didn't have a room available for us even though we had prepaid for the room. We were then "walked" to the econolodge next door which was dirty and smelled bad. There was no discount offered for the mess up .
