- The distance to and from the jobsite
- Rooms nice and cleaned. Pictures on website are misleading looks nice but when I got there the outside looked trashy as thought I was in the slums.

Cons -
- Didn't like the smell, wall paper was peeling off the walls, cock roaches, cigarette burns in the blankets, stayed one night before i saw the roaches, they would not refund me the rest of my stay after I checked out after night 1
- Keys fit more than one room. No ice macine. Ice room tore apart and used for storage. Lamps from some rooms thrown out side on property. Out side of motel looked like it was in the bad side of town. Person in room next to me said there roaches
- It smelled, very uncomfortable bed, and was full of roaches
