The location of the area we were touring.
Nothing. I was in an accident which nearly cost me my life and I tried to explain that while I was in the hospital that I need to cancel and they were not understanding at all.

Cons -

Everything and that woman was as rude af
First, we booked a king-size room, but we received a double queen. Although the room was listed as non-smoking, it must have been converted from smoking last week because it smelled like an ashtray. There are so many other issues.

Nothing stands out, slightly below average MOTEL in Adamsville, TN. Outside doors to your room are not what most people want to feel safe, older well kept motel that will do in a pinch. Comfy bed

Outside access to the rooms, loud outdated heat/air.
