Staff was very unforgiving for closely located residents of the city. Put out for an emergency at 9mo. pregnant is scary enough let alone being told no when I live within 30 miles. I would like to be followed up with about this from someone above GM.

The wi-fi was barely functional in my room. When checking out, the employee at the desk stated that they had had it checked and hadn't identified problems but that maybe it didn't reach my room "because it was on the first floor."

Staff was very unforgiving for closely located residents of the city. Put out for an emergency at 9mo. pregnant is scary enough let alone being told no when I live within 30 miles. I would like to be followed up with about this from someone above GM.

The wi-fi was barely functional in my room. When checking out, the employee at the desk stated that they had had it checked and hadn't identified problems but that maybe it didn't reach my room "because it was on the first floor."
