- i had made a res fir a single room non smoking king when arrive the girl behind th4e counter said that morning they ran my card and said was denied. She ran it again and it processed, also saying they did not have any single rooms non smocking.

- It was the Wrong hotel
- We must have been given the worst room in the building. The management should not be trying to rent this. The "non-smoking" room reeked of cigarette smoke, the carpet was disgusting, the Ac Unit was dirty and the sink top had a crack.
- It appeared she did not even try to look even for a queen bed. I had to go to town and get a can of air refreshen to kill off smell in the room.. I would say either shut the hotel down or go thru the whole place and make it a completely NON-smocking.
