Clean, comfortable, good location. The hotel is old, but well kept and simple.
Very clean
Room was extremely clean, sheets were fresh and smelled like soap, room was great.

Cons -

Everything was just fine. Some marks on walls and things, but just due to age.
Size of the bathrooms
Stayed in room #25, traffic was outside bathroom window and with 18 wheelers at 3 AM backing down and breaking it woke me up from a sound sleep and sounded like WW-II was outside my bathroom window.

It was clean and had a central location.

I liked it, it was a trip to my youth for I got what I expected from a motel with it's age.
