When we got to the hotel they told us they didn't have a room available for us even though we had prepaid for the room. We were then "walked" to the econolodge next door which was dirty and smelled bad. There was no discount offered for the mess up .

When we got to the hotel they told us they didn't have a room available for us even though we had prepaid for the room. We were then "walked" to the econolodge next door which was dirty and smelled bad. There was no discount offered for the mess up .
