the man behind the desk refused to give me a room after I had already paid! He said something about not allowing bicycles. the amount of $70.14 was charged to my account and is in dispute with my bank. Surely you will refund my money,

the man at the desk acknowledged that he had a confirmation, but that he did not have a room available. he refused to do anything on his end after I asked him to cancel the booking.
Poor drainage in the Shower and sink, other than that no other issues
Staff had baby and kids behind the desk during the night staying there in a room behind the front desk I guess, which was next to our room and they were noisy during the night when trying to sleep. No ice machine. First room given was smoky, so Changed

Location

Staff person had baby behind office which was next to us and crying during the night. Also had to ask her to tell her children to be quiet so we could sleep around 10pm. They must have been staying behind the front area. Firsy room assigned was smoky.
