The staff at the front desk! They were definitely the stars of the place. Had it not been for them, my overall rating would have been lower. The bed was nicely covered with several layers of mattress protection and blankets. Nice selection of pillows.

The housekeeper! Dirty rooms. She knocked at 9:30 am when we had the room until 11. We both announced ourselves. She WALKED IN THE ROOM! Then came back and knocked at 10:30! Someone else's hair and bar of soap in the shower. Black around floor edges.
