I have been going to this hotel for 4 years. The quality has dropped too much. The room smelled really bad, like cigarette smoke. I spent 2 days without hot water. The sink was completely clogged. There was a pool of water that took 10 minutes to drain.

The room was very dirty on arrival. Never a full set of sheets for the couch bed for son to sleep on. The refrigerator was not working, this wasn?t known until our food was spoiled.
