The lady at the front desk is always so kind

Cons -

The entire parking lot was full of crackheads and I didn't feel safe unless I double bolted my room lock.
The staff was very unfriendly and rude. The hotel was dirty.
The sheets were soiled and were not taken care of even though I requested new sheets. The smoke alarm battery needed to be replaced the the clerk said he was too busy. There was a cop car out front patrolling the parking lot.
