- Front desk clerks were very knowledgeable and helpful.
Cons -
- The communication with staff to have supplies replenished, had to go to desk and get them.
- I have been going to this hotel for 4 years. The quality has dropped too much. The room smelled really bad, like cigarette smoke. I spent 2 days without hot water. The sink was completely clogged. There was a pool of water that took 10 minutes to drain.
