- My family and I did not stay! We felt unsafe from the time we drove into the parking lot. Also felt unsafe walking in to ask for a refund. They said they could not, we did not book direct from them. I would not recommend this service or hotel.
- The hotel staff was rude from the start, acting annoyed when interrupted while folding towels. Later, I was asked to leave due to a complaint about noise, even though I was just on the phone and no details were provided about the noise.
- No elevator working, ac had some issues
