- Very cute rooms. The friendliness of the staff. Quaint eatery/bar
- It was clean! And location is perfect.
- Clean and quaint room
Cons -
- There is a gap between the door to outside. I didn't like that.
- Worst hotel experience. I had to wait for close to 2 hours for the room. The room smelled of cleaning product and stale beer. There was one employee that was trying his best, but the rest were loud and unprofessional.
- No check in staff the people available was maintenance man and the maid. No phone in room. No one at front desk. Terrible customer service. No customer service at all. They always made us wait for them. Absolutely ridiculous
