- Check in and check out was easy and the young lady was a pleasure to speak with while checking in outstanding customer service from her!!
- The worst experience
- Location was perfect for our needs. Breakfast wasn't terrible considering it's a Best Western and even coffee wasn't bad! Renovated rooms were good with no carpet, which is always a plus and large area near the fridge was good for storage.
Cons -
- Everything. No hot water the entire stay. Microwave plug was sparking, barley worked. Cable/tv was static. Beds were hard and super uncomfortable.
- The pipe both on the hot water tank
- The place is filthy. The bathrooms are filthy hairs all over the place room is filthy. Even the sheets were disgusting.
