This is more like a motel and is very unkept and dirty. Breakfast included stale biscuits that were hard like rock. My appetite was ruined. Room was dirty and entire facility is old. A lot of sketchy activities going on at night. I felt very unsafe.

The bath tub was not clean. TV was not working the whole time I stayed there, even the lady at the front desk came to try to get it to work but couldn't. WiFi was not working either.

My purse, got stolen from the hotel, and there are no cameras in the parking lot. The worst part is that the hotel DID NOT have my phone number. I live six hours away. I could have gotten my purse back had the hotel called me.

The front desk guy at my check in on Nov27th at 6pm was the friendliest hotel employee. He was helpful at check in and when I went back down to the lobby for additional information. Also we enjoyed the Thanksgiving buffet with reservation.

This hotel was clean, it did the basics very well (room clean and nice, bedding of good quality, comfortable beds, extra blanket available, location good, breakfast just adequate. For the price, it was a good choice! One problem: no elevators.

The bathroom fan did not work. The hotel must of had sewer issues because the bathroom smelled so bad like methane/sewer we had to plug the drains and close the bathroom door to sleep. It was bad. And no windows opened. The pool/workout rm were bad.

The front desk guy at my check in on Nov27th at 6pm was the friendliest hotel employee. He was helpful at check in and when I went back down to the lobby for additional information. Also we enjoyed the Thanksgiving buffet with reservation.
