- They meet our expectations year in and year out.
- This hotel was clean, it did the basics very well (room clean and nice, bedding of good quality, comfortable beds, extra blanket available, location good, breakfast just adequate. For the price, it was a good choice! One problem: no elevators.

- There were no elevators. Breakfast was very minimal.
- The room smelled like an ashtray. Ironically, it was noted as a non-smoking room. It reeked of cigarette smoke. The hotel is outdated and clearly not at the star level that it pretends to be. The breakfast was pretty much cereal or waffles.
- Hotel was very noisy all night with guests being rowdy.
