- The staff,the pool, the breakfast, their willingness to make things right when switching rooms due to mold in the bathroom and AC vent
- The breakfast was good, room and hotel were clean. Staff was professional and helpful.
- The staff. All 4 staff members we interacted with were some of the nicest people I¿ve encountered at a hotel. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and were extremely friendly.
Cons -
- Our room had a smell but we sprayed an air freshener and that helped
- Mold in bathroom shower head & AC vent, shower was dirty. Hotels need to be aware of how easy it is for mold to grow in humid environment. They were great about switching rooms. The second room had a little in AC vent but I was able to clean most of it
- My only complaint was the mattress of the bed was not very comfortable, however I do have back issues so I'm a harsh judge. Otherwise everything was great.
