Nothing. The room was outdated and moldy. The was a syringe in my room. Not enough towels. No breakfast. And someone kept messing with my door. I have pictures of the syringe.
Nothing.I called and asked about a partial refund. Your site has false advertising, they don’t even answer their phone most the time so when I called before booking I couldn’t get questions answered anyways. Booked for a family emergency trusting your site

Had to leave before breakfast was served, great location
Hotel employee, who has been at this hotel for at least 2 years is always friendly and welcoming. We let them know we were having to leave very early (4:00 am.) and he had us a breakfast bag made up. It was there when we checked out. Awesome place to stay!
Clean large suites. This is our second stay. Breakfast pretty good also. Staff SUPER accomodating.

Top Tips
- Book your hotel 2 to 3 months in advance for the San Angelo Stock Show & Rodeo (late January to early February); rooms fill months ahead, especially near the Concho River Walk. Most major hotels in this area offer free cancellation on advance bookings - verify cancellation policy details when reserving.
- Expect higher midweek hotel occupancy due to Goodfellow AFB training cycles; reserve 2 to 4 weeks earlier for hotels on the city’s east side or near the Lake View Education Complex. Families visiting Goodfellow AFB trainees may also increase demand, especially during graduation periods. If you are a loyalty program member, check for member-only availability or upgrades.
- Book rental cars at least 7 days in advance for San Angelo Regional Airport (SJT), as fleets are limited. Confirm if your hotel offers a shuttle; check in advance for ADA-accessible shuttle services, and note that rideshare availability can vary by time of day.
- Choose rooms on the Concho River side for walkability; you will be within 0.1 to 0.4 miles (2 to 8 minutes’ walk) of Fort Concho, downtown museums, and riverside dining. For those with mobility needs, request accessible rooms with step-free routes, and confirm that path-of-travel features are in place directly with the property.
- Anticipate free onsite parking at most major chain hotels, such as Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express. Accessible parking spaces for guests with disabilities are required by law and typically well-marked, but check ahead for availability during busy event periods, and verify policies if you need oversized-vehicle parking.
- Confirm that in-room air conditioning is operating upon check-in during summer (June to August), when average highs reach 95°F to 100°F (35°C to 38°C). Most modern hotels provide in-room climate controls; request a lower-floor or river-side room for cooler evenings, or an accessible room if temperature-sensitive medical equipment is required.
- Aim to book 4 to 6 weeks ahead for hotels near Angelo State University during move-in, home football weekends, and graduation (late August, September, May) due to increased demand. For large families or guests with accessibility needs, call ahead to confirm availability of suitable room types, as accessible or conjoining rooms can be limited during university events.
- Request a first-floor or designated business room if you need proven quiet or dedicated workspace. Some hotels offer business-center access with printers that can be reserved in advance; confirm meeting-room options, as smaller San Angelo hotels may not provide full sound isolation.
- Ask for a complete nightly rate breakdown before finalizing your booking to review amenity and pet fees. The typical pet fee in comparable Texas markets is $15–$35 USD per night; confirm if accessible room options accommodate service animals at no additional fee, in line with U.S. law.
- Budget an additional 13% to 15% for San Angelo's combined hotel occupancy tax, which is higher than the Texas state average. Always verify if rates shown online include tax, as this varies between booking sites and hotel chain websites.
