What I really loved was the staff the times I have stayed they are always so welcoming and welcome me by name.it days a lot about the property that they remember their guests.without a doubt one of the best facilities I have staffed with the staff being the best..I give them a I. My opinion five stars

There jknestky been anything I haven’t liked just a small inconvenience there was an issue with the restroom but they automatically got that issue corrected and moved me to another room with the most up respect and professionalism from the entire staff l

The lady in the office was really sweet and kind and helpful.

The room was a wreck the smoke detector was gone wires hanging out of the ceiling, it was infested with bugs and roaches, the toilet and shower didnt work, and the bedding was covered in cigarette burns.

Easy to find. Close to McDonald’s.

Live cockroaches in the room. Overhead light did not work. Curtains were barely hanging on the rod & I had to fix them

Nothing. There was no breakfast offered.

Roaches in the room. Homeless woman peeing on the stairway I needed to access. Hair in the freezer and on the sink. Mildew on the shower floor. Ink stains on the sheets. Parking lot totally nasty. Towels were basically shredded. Bolt lock totally not secure, I could wiggle it loose with my hand.
