The evening desk clerk is polite and professional. He went out of his way to help the customers

The full fridge and kitchenette was nice. Room service was quick and they restocked well.

Cons -

TV system was on point entry. remote was not synced with tv. It required unplugging the TV so I could sleep.
Everything but the bed the AC didn't work the heater didn't work the light went out on bathroom n no toliet paper ND no hygiene ND it took for ever to b checked in I would love a refund cuz I should of paid

The full fridge and kitchenette was nice. Room service was quick and they restocked well.

The sheets were dirty upon arrival (dried blood), there was minimal parking, and the towels were extremely poor quality.
