- The only redeeming quality was the bed. It was fairly comfortable.
Cons -
- First time in my 72 years of life that I have not STAYED at a hotel I reserved and PAID FOR! DIRTY! NASTY! RUNDOWN! ROOMS BELOW GROUND. RUDE STAFF. And you don't want me to get my money back?!?!?!
- Room had problems. Security chain on door was broke. Exhaust fan in bathroom was non functional. Light switch in bathroom was wired wrong. House cleaner checked room and took soiled towels and wash rag but did not leave replacements.
- The lack of carpet in the room
