This hotel is relatively small, which gives it a nice cozy feel. Parking is super convenient and accessible. The woman working the front counter during the day (presumably the manager) was extremely friendly and accommodating.

You could eat off of any given surface. Floor ceiling anywhere. The place was spotless. Recently upgraded and lovely. The outlets and charging places for devices were abundantly available. Great bed and I'm very fussy. Wonderful professional staff.

The breakfast was excellent, the bed was comfortable, the shower was warm, and my dog and I were made to feel welcome.

I went to check in very late at night and was informed that I had booked a room for the next night. The front desk was so considerate and found me a room for the night and was very polite about it. The rooms for both nights were very clean.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a hotel ..especially a Best Western in my life. The front desk person (younger female) was humiliating and despicable.
