- TRU is always clean and modern
- Location is close to downtown Eugene where may restaurants are. Room size is pretty spacious, soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion provided smell good and work nice (some hotel's stuff smell bad and leave slippery feel). Lovely lobby.
- There for a medical procedure and they were very accommodating and so kind and thoughtful. I could not have asked for a more perfect fit for our needs on this trip. Really lovely and thoughtful staff.
Cons -
- TV didn?t work in our room for the entire stay despite letting staff know after checkin and again the next staff in the morning. Car alarm going on and off for hours in the parking lot made for a terrible nights sleep, or lack there of.
- Nothing major.
- Water in the refrigerator would be appreciated.
