- This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a hotel ..especially a Best Western in my life. The front desk person (younger female) was humiliating and despicable.
- The pool and that the room was very quiet
- Proximity to our event. Breakfast was good.
Cons -
- The front desk staff was horrible. This girl should never have been placed in a public facing position and should never be allowed to deal with the public for any hospitality oriented establishment ever again. It was the night front desk person
- The quality of the breakfast was poor
- There receptionist was rude
