The staff! I also liked the location. It was a busy area, but a good location for the areas I needed to travel to for the week. The location is also across from the Galleria Mall, though I did not have time to go. You can also walk to several restaurants.

It is very quiet and there are shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. I liked the room itself - the kitchen was perfect and you can borrow things like a hot pot, which is pretty cool. Breakfast was better than average. Nice gym.

There was nothing to write home about this hotel. This hotel was a hob-nob haven for the homeless. I guess this is the reason the management treats the guests with ignominy.
Clean beds and updated. Homeless people living in the parking lot. Smelled dirty and lots of trash outside. You have to use your room card for breakfast, which just made it feel sketchy bc they aren't managing the homeless people in the parking lot.
