Cons -
- checked in late -when we woke at 3:30am to use the bthrmThe toilet was clogged. I called the front desk who informed me that maintenance would be in at 10am was not helpful at all had to walk to the office in my pajamas plunge myself did not comp my room
- Took a while to check in over 30 minutes
- We arrived at 1 am and were approached by a homeless couple wandering in the parking lot saying they had been living in the room assigned to us which was confirmed by staff. Going into the room the bed was broken.
