Firstly, they accused me of not having paid for the room. Luckily I had saved screenshots. The room was very dirty. There was so much noise during the night. Overall a horrendous experience.

This is ridiculous. How we book a hotel room for $-- with tax and no breakfast was EVER OFFERED to us to be included. Plus, the room we were in had carpet patch work on the floor instead of replacing it . And lastly, the pool floor needs to be replaced.

This is ridiculous. How we book a hotel room for $-- with tax and no breakfast was EVER OFFERED to us to be included. Plus, the room we were in had carpet patch work on the floor instead of replacing it . And lastly, the pool floor needs to be replaced.

No blow dryer, no spare toilet paper. The valve for the shower was plumbed backwards..hot cold, cold hot. The gf plug left of the sink did not work. Could have used 1 extra large towel in the room. Plenty of wash cloths and hand towels.
