- The locations is excellent for videoconference meetings I was required to attend. The staff is wonderfully supportive, friendly, and accommodating with any requests for service. The location is located away from heavy traffic noise.

- The lobby/office computers were non-operational and I was unable to print any documents. Emailing the manager at the front desk was the only option.
- Did not live up to what I saw online. I could not get the room heater to change from too hot to what felt like A/C coming on, back and forth all night! I tried to contact someone at the front desk to help, but no answer back.
