- Very clean, extremely helpful and courteous team, and phenomenal breakfast
- NOTHING! I reserved a room but when we arrived, apparently there was no reservation. We waited for more than 30 minutes for the front desk clerk to look into it. She finally said that the only thing she could do was give us the last room they had available for a higher price. We ended up leaving. Two days later, my card was charged the complete reservation amount. It’s been over a week and it still hasn’t been resolved. So if you need to stay here, make sure that their system is working and your room is reserved or you’ll be left looking for alternate accommodations at 10 o’clock at night ?

- The hot tub was not working, the water was turned off during our stay and we weren’t notified about it until we checked in, our room was entered for a TV/cable issue and no one informed us of this (there was a typed note sitting in our room when we arrived), the room was dirty (disgusting stains in the bathroom around the toilet), there was a constant drip from the shower/tub that created a puddle outside the bathtub on the floor, the pull out bed was paper thin and uncomfortable, there was no water to drink on the property (they said there was an ordering issue and they had no water bottles for sale), the gym was not even on the property (you had to leave and go to the courtyard Marriott to use the gym) and the coffee ran out during the breakfast hours.
