As we entered the room there was water on the bathroom floor.. There is metal under the edge of the bed and it is so easy to hit when getting into bed and makes a clanging noise which is disturbing.. The waffle mix was empty. Only one attendant.

The bed was horrible, my husband and I both felt bruised by morning. We both slept poorly because of how rock hard the bed was.
