Decent, simple room with ROKU
Quiet and clean and good value, enough at least
Parking in front of my room.

Cons -

The motel manager insists on keeping the key to my room, it's apparently a master key, but last week she didn't require the master key. It disturbs my sleep. She takes illegal marijuana smoke breaks outside the wall air heater/cooler and slams the door.
Their weekly and monthly rates should reflect tax, somewhat misleading. If Cash paid then should be no tax.
Room was dirty. Floor had not been vacuumed, dead bugs on window sills, toenails on carpet.

Quaint, cute, quiet and more than we expected for the price. Helpful front office staff.
