Cons -
- This was one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in. The room smelled so bad from cigarettes and urine. The tub and shower curtain was filthy. The sheets had holes in them and I could actually see through them.
- This hotel was nasty and wanted a refund and you guys refused refund. Not happy
- The customer service was almost non-existent. There was carpet, carpet pad and other renovating supplies and equipment laying in halls and walkways, so that there was not enough room for my elderly mother to come in the handicap entrance with her walker.
