- Bathroom dirty. Tub painted and peeling . Floor sticky. Bedspread stained.
- Yes. The bathroom ceiling was falling apart and moldy. The top blankets on the bed were very old and worn, the bathtub was stained, it had a very overwhelming smell, and needed serious updating. Doors inside and out looked like the were beaten up.
