Great customer service.
Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Quite atmosphere, walking distance to restaurants and stores, Very polite people, Large parking lot for semitrucks.

Cons -

The room had an on smell and we found bed bug bites on us the next day.
Bed bugs.
Unable to close curtains (outside lights shown through window making it tough to sleep). The chain on the door had broken removed/broken so there was no way of locking the door other than the door knob. Felt unsafe as a woman traveling alone.
