When I first got there the girl that checked me in was tattoo. She was very professional, courteous, helpful. She helped me out and I tried to leave a tip and stuff but the other lady told me I couldn't do that. I was very disappointed

When I arrived I had to ring a bell to get access to the lobby to check in. I was checking in before 9pm. They gave me a key to my room. My room smelt like cigarettes and that's illegal in California. They told me I booked a smoking room, I did not.

We could not get the TV to turn off so we had to sleep with it on. We also could not get the volume to change so we had that to contend with. The second room we reserved, my friends were locked in the room and could not get out.

The room was very clean and quiet. It was the cheapest room we stayed in (9) yet it was the best. I was very surprised. Also, the pets were in a different building which was GREAT.

When I arrived I had to ring a bell to get access to the lobby to check in. I was checking in before 9pm. They gave me a key to my room. My room smelt like cigarettes and that's illegal in California. They told me I booked a smoking room, I did not.

I was there for an event at the Stockton Arena which is right next door. This hotel was in a very convenient location, however the hotel itself was very beautiful inside, the rooms were even better than I thought they would be.
