- Info indicates check-in is after 1PM, but check-in isn't until 3PM. False advertisement put me in a situation that was quite inconvenient.

- Staff was friendly and efficient. We were attending an event at a winery and grateful to be so close by so as not to have a long drive.

- Staff isn't knowledgeable and rude.
- no hot water for shower
