  • The staff. The ladies who checked me in were wonderful! I had not planned on getting a room. With the rain being as bad as it was, I did. The room had almost everything needed, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, plenty of linens. Bed & room were comfortable

  • We could not get the TV to turn off so we had to sleep with it on. We also could not get the volume to change so we had that to contend with. The second room we reserved, my friends were locked in the room and could not get out.

  • I was missing a bottle of cologne the 1st morning after cleaning

The morning staff. Very kind lady that answered my calls.
There was a lady I spoke to, Alexis on the night shift at that was very rude to me over the phone. I will never recommend that location to anyone. There was no reason for her to take a rude tone with me over the phone.
