- The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. She suggested where to go for Christmas in downtown Lodi. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Love the Holiday decorations in Lobby.
- I wish I would?ve gotten the lady?s name at the desk. She was wonderful. She was kind, welcoming & very helpful.
- The staff was so helpful, especially since I arrived a day early.

- No chair for the small desk space . . . but not really enough room for one. Getting into the shower forces you to turn the water on while you're already in the shower.
