At our arrival, we tried to cancel our reservation because there was a crew filming inside the reception office and they were there for few days.We said that we should have been advised of that inconvenient. The owner/general manager refused.

The floor was very dirty I walked with socks and and I got very dirty it and for an accident we spilled water and I got a towel to dry and it be so dirty they change towels and get the garbage and made beds but they nand also bed are not very comfortable.

To be fair, one can tell there is work being done on the hotel. With that being said room 208 was a mess! The toilet was leaking. The floor was wood and you can tell it had flooded in the room. Not the best room by far.

Even though it was on busy PCH, it was set back with the main office building blocking traffic noise. It was quiet. Other hotels in the area were crowded, their parking lots were full with lots of activity, this one had room to park and was quiet. Nice!

The staff was really friendly, especially the maid staff. They are accommodating with checkout time so they?re not like banging on your door at 11 o?clock and I appreciate that the bed was comfortable and I like the hair products in the shower.
