- Staff was very friendly and I brought up a small issue and they were quick to offer solution. Super helpful Great location and budget friendly

- Drive time to downtown LA was about 30 minutes, room was spacious and had a fridge, microwave, and hangers.
Cons -
- No, everything was excellent
- No towel bars in bathroom, instead hung bath towel on shower curtain rod. Had to lay hand towels on bathroom sink. Parking was minimal and a few cars were double parked or too big to share adjacent spot. Ended up with last parallel parked spot.
- Not really¿the coffee was not always out by 6am
